QA/QC Manager
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and inspection/test procedures.
- Ensure all materials, systems, and installations meet QA/QC requirements before
approval. - Conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and oversee third-party testing and
certifications. - Ensure ISO and statutory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Preparing reports for daily, weekly, monthly work programs and (WIR) Work Inspection
Request.
Quality Assurance:-
- Process Development: Establish and document the processes that will be followed to
ensure quality in products/services, including standards, guidelines, and best
practices. - Planning: Develop and implement a QA plan that outlines the quality objectives,
methodologies for achieving these objectives, and metrics for measuring outcomes. - Training and Support: Provide training and resources to team members about quality
standards and procedures, ensuring they are well-equipped to maintain quality
benchmarks. - Auditing and Monitoring: Regularly conduct internal audits and assessments to
evaluate compliance with established QA processes, and implement corrective actions
where necessary. - Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of quality procedures and
processes, including updates and revisions as needed to reflect changes in protocols or
standards.
Quality Control:-
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct systematic inspections and testing of
products/services at various stages of production to ensure they meet predefined
quality standards. - Defect Identification: Identify and document defects or non-conformance issues,
analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence and recommending improvements. - Reporting: Generate detailed reports on quality assessment findings, including
statistical analysis of defects and outcomes from quality control activities. - Collaboration: Work closely with production and project management teams to
communicate quality issues and foster a culture of quality improvement throughout
the organization. - Continuous Improvement: Implement and track quality improvement initiatives based
on QC findings, ensuring that corrective actions lead to measurable enhancements in
quality
Scope of Work:-
- Quality Planning: Define the quality objectives and metrics at the beginning of each
project or operational phase. - Implementation of QA/QC Processes: Ensure effective deployment of QA/QC
processes throughout the lifecycle of the project, from initial development to final
output. - Feedback Management: Establish a feedback loop from clients and stakeholders to
identify areas for further improvement in quality assurance and control measures. - Compliance and Regulatory Standards: Ensure adherence to relevant industry
standards, regulatory requirements, and certifications that may impact product/service
quality. - Monitoring and Reporting: Provide ongoing monitoring and reporting on quality
performance and trends, enabling proactive decision-making to improve quality
outcomes.
