A distinguished business man and a pioneer in the field of Testing and Inspection for Energy sector, Sudhakar R Rao is the man who is responsible for setting up Sievert group and also taking it beyond the Indian borders. It is under his guidance that the group has diversified into oil & gas, trading across India, Middle East and Africa and recently into real estate.
With an electrical engineering degree , Sudhakar began his professional journey as a Quality Control Engineer, but his outstanding entrepreneurial skills and technological bent of mind facilitated him to start on his own and thus was born the Sievert group in 1986. His eye for innovative solutions and customer focused ideas has helped him to expand operations beyond borders and industries and also helped generate surplus for all stakeholders in business. Under his leadership, Sievert soon became a high technology setup and a global name in Non Destructive Testing.
He understands the importance of delivering remarkable customer experience and its positive impact on reputation of the business.
He likes to lead from the front and enjoys the trust and respect of all his colleagues, customers and business associates.

A former Sievert member, Mumtaz has been associated with the group for past 3 years looking after PR and marketing activities of the group and offers her expertise in achieving the best image for the group while meeting all compliance requirements of the business since real estate business in Dubai is regulated by Dubai Land Department as well as RERA. Her creative abilities help the group in excellent communication to its customers as well as enhance the brand identity of Gemini.
With over 6 years experience in various fields like Office Management, Business Development, PR, Legal, Human Resource, Professional Training, Business Consultancy & Group Control Functions in Dubai, Mumtaz is one of the most important members of Team Gemini.
