Gemini Property Developers, a boutique real estate developer, has signed long term agreement with SPF Realty, Dubai’s leading real estate brokerage firm, to market and sell Gemini projects in and outside the UAE. Over the years, SPF Realty, with a proven expertise of marketing properties in the emirate, has been the choice of several leading developers.

The arrangement covers UAE and international markets except India to bring investors to Gemini projects. The current project of Gemini Group is a G+8-storey residential building being built at Sobha Hartland within the Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City. 70 per cent construction has been completed. The project has built-up area of over 320,000 square feet will include 134 residential units comprising spacious one, two and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. Apartment units range from 780 square feet to 3,400 square feet. The community will also have comprehensive retail, shopping and entertainment facilities, along with much needed green spaces.

Splendor project is located at Sobha Hartland – a new mixed-use development located near Meydan, close to the downtown of the future – the massive mixed-use project that has become a major destination. Splendor will border Meydan One on one side, MBR city District One on the other, and Meydan Grandstand at the backdrop.
